But the Ifrit, called into corporeality by foolish mortals in their quest for vengeance, is no vassal of Man’s will or petty agendas. To He that was old before the first ape stood erect, these innumerable creatures of clay are mere sheaves of wheat to reap in the firestorm of his coming.
